I asked Christian freinds once if they could survive without the Bible, and they could not imagine such a thing.

Spirituality has to be more than a book and ceremonies. If we have a spirit then it must exist beyond our physical realities of emotion, death and physical limitation. Take away all the books and the buildings, stop all the meetings and singing – and there must remain true spirituality, otherwise we have no spirit and there really is no God.

Remove all the religious noise and what remains – BE STILL AND KNOW THAT I AM GOD.

Be still and know that I Am.

Be still and know that your are.

I am always interested to see someone set out on an endeavour to improve their lives. Whether you know it or not this is more of a spiritual journey than you might realize. The Bible also teaches that it is important to notice what we think and what we speak, as these will attract what we think and talk about into our lives.

Having set out on a simliar goal and gone though some courses on thinking and attracting wealth, I would like to ask a question or two.

What is Wealth to you? How much makes you wealthy? Wealth is really a relative term depending on where you live and where you were born. We would be seen as very wealthy compared to some third world citizens, yet poor compared to some of the wealthiest people on Earth. So it is important to be clear what you are aiming at and set a figure, preferably beyond what you think you need, and a date to acquire it by. I highly recommend “Think and Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill (You can read a few short reviews on my blog which is the result of studying this book in a group).

Are you still in debt? It is definitely right to get out of debt and stay out. It is recommended to work out a strategy to pay off all debts. Of course there may be occasions to get into debt in order to advance yourself. This is a fine borderline. The principle is to know why you have debt. Is it to cover luxurious living, or is it to educate you or provide you with the means to grow your wealth? In other words is it for self indulgence or the advancment of mankind and self?

This is a really interesting and fascinating journey you have started on. One that will challenge your thinking and habits to the core! Enjoy it!
